Simran Bhimjyani is a Doctoral Scholar in the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences at IIT (ISM) Dhanbad. Her research explores eco-narratives in Indian English drama through digital and computational methods, situated at the intersection of ecocriticism and digital humanities.
Simran is a HASTAC Scholar (2025–2027) and a member of the Global DH Advisory Committee (2025–2027). She created the eco-electronic literary work Blue is my Favourite Colour and co-created Your Garden is my Home. Her research interests include Digital Environmental Humanities, Computational Literary Studies and eco-electronic literature.
