Beyza completed her BA in Turkish Language and Literature at 29 Mayıs University. She held her first MA regarding Ottoman Literature at the same university and is doing her second MA in Manuscript Cultures at Hamburg University.
Her area of interest includes mainly Ottoman literature, dealing with the emergence of genres, their methodology and content. She focuses on literature history, cultural history and reading habits from the 14th to the 17th centuries under the umbrella of the Ottoman.
The origin of the relationship with digitalization is based on the difficulties she encountered during her research. She is trying to gain technical skills by attending various courses and training to help solve this problem and to make information accessible to everyone.She has actively taken different roles such as content writer or graphic designer for social media teams of several NGOs related to her field.
