The book The Digital Humanities and Islamic & Middle East Studies provides an excellent introduction into DH for students and scholars. Read in this review per chapter what the book is about and if it is worth your time picking up. This review came out in Journal of the American Oriental Society. I am very pleased my review came out in this rather traditional journal, to show the importance of Digital Humanities even for the most old-fashioned of fields of studies.
